All merchandise purchased with Mr. Ed’s Flags on-line must be paid in full before it is shipped, unless other arrangements are approved in advance. By accepting these terms of service, all payments made to Mr. Ed’s Flags will be indisputable and without recourse as such, no transaction can be charged back to merchant, Mr. Ed’s Flags.
Although most orders to Mr. Ed’s Flags are shipped within 48 hours, the actual delivery time will vary by location and time of year. Mr. Ed’s Flags ships by UPS, USPS or common truck carrier, depending on the item and destination. Shipping or freight charges will be automatically calculated when you place your order. Normal deliveries range within 2 – 7 business days. If you need an item sooner, express delivery is also available. Please call Mr. Ed’s Flags at 800-721-3524 during regular business hours to arrange an expedited delivery at additional cost. We make no guarantee as to the exact length of any delivery time.
Every reasonable effort will be made to maintain products stocked in the Mr. Ed’s Flags online store. With variables such as manufacturer availability, shipping and consumer demand, Mr. Ed’s Flags does not guarantee merchandise will be available at any given time. Based on extensive product knowledge Mr. Ed’s Flags will attempt to make suitable substitutions on discontinued or unavailable items subject to the customer’s approval.
All products purchased through Mr. Ed’s Flags are covered by a full manufacturer warranty unless specified. Once an item is installed then the warranty is in place and should be used accordingly. All questions, issues or concerns about the performance of a product should be directed to the manufacturer prior to returning merchandise to Mr. Ed’s Flags. There are no other warranties either expressed or implied. Mr. Ed’s Flags cannot be held responsible for damage due to customer negligence.
Mr. Ed’s Flags permits the return of non-defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt. However, due to the nature of the following products, all sales are final and no returns are allowed. These items include replacement parts, apparel, stocking caps, ball caps, jewelry and stuffed animal toys. Any damaged product must be noted to the shipper at the time of delivery.
You must call Mr. Ed’s Flags customer service prior to making any return to be given a return authorization number. Then securely pack your items in their original package and send via prepaid insured to:

Original shipping cost is non-refundable. All returns must be clean, unused and in brand new, resalable condition. The original copy of the invoice must be included with all returns. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Mr. Ed’s Flags reserves the right to add up to a 20% or a $5.00 re-stocking fee applied to all merchandise returned, which ever is greater. Special order products are not eligible for return unless approved in advance by Mr. Ed’s Flag’s.
